Presentation:

"First Miss of the Year 2011" contest's purpose is to choose the first Miss for next year (2011).
We will choose 2 miss: a sim made with The Sims 2and another one made with The Sims 3.
The title of First Miss of the Year 2011 will grant the access at final stages of all Miss related competions during the year 2011. Selected sim could be used in preview and promo pictures on all SimsCri.net sites.
This competion is restricted only to female and adult (or young adult) sims, and we accept only sims created by you and not already used as testimonial for other sites.

Partecipation:

You can take part at the competion in some ways:

• By post a message on our forum in the specific thread related to Entries Sims 2 or Entries Sims 3. You can also add all your sim's pictures on our Koinup SimsCri Group.
• By post on Koinup and add pictures to our group pool. You need to join Sims2Cri's group on Koinup add pictures to the group's pool and post on the entries Sims2 or entries Sims3 thread on the group's home page. Please follow rules below and add the tag sc-first2011 in all your contest related pictures.

Rules

• You can post up to 3 models.
• Only female sims, adult or young adult
• Only sims created by you and not already used as testimonial for other sites.
• We prefer if you use custom contents free and redistributable, but this not a rule. You can use pay or donation hair, and you can use what you want, credits are appreciated and they are a bonus.
• You can change hair in your pictures.

WHAT YOU SHOULD WRITE ON YOUR POST

• Identity Card with (please write this data as description):
  • Name and Surname;
  • Age;
  • Country;
• Credits [optional] (link and name of CC used)
• 3 pictures: Face close-up and profile on a plain background or transparent background, full body picture with free background and place (see the main theme below).
  

PICTURES

• Face close-up and profile on a plain or transparent background, you can also make a collage of them in a single picture. With plain background we mean something like this:

• THEMED FULL BODY PICTURE: you can choose between Winter or New Year's day/night
  You can edit and manipulate the picture. Winter theme should be a winther scene, New Year's day should be a picture to rapresent the last night of the year in a glamorous scene (don't forget, it's a picture for a Miss contendent!). Place and clothes are free to use as you want.
• If you are using koinup please add the tag sc-first2011 to all pictures and add them to SimsCri group pool. You can also add to the pool some additional pictures.
• If you would like to use our forum but you get some problems due to the italian interface, follow this thread to register and change the default language.

ENDLINE

This contest ends January, 15th 2011 (GMT+1 endline h 20.00). Ranking will be posted January, 7th 17th.

OUTCOME & Judges

Judges: SimsCri staff members, in particular Cristina, Bluesky, Paperpin and Simsimay
We consider: quality of the sim, pictures and creativity.

We will chose a Sims2 and a Sims3 sim and these will get the title of Miss First of the Year 2001
The title of First Miss of the Year 2011 will grant the access at final stages of all Miss related competions during the year 2011. Selected sim could be used in preview and promo pictures on all SimsCri.net sites. Other models could be selected and used. The choosen models will be available for download on our site.

First 3 classified for each category (sims2 e sims3) will get a plaque/banner.

The first classified (the winner) could choose one of following prizes:

• an item from the Store*
• a creation request for sims2 or sims3**
• sims gadgets***
• SimsCri t-shirt ***

*. value of 200Simpoint or less
**. according to SimsCri staff
***. only for Italian residents
